How To Start Working With Createve

Every organization is unique.

That's why Createve doesn't begin new relationships with a predetermined list of deliverables.

We begin with a conversation.

Start With An Intro Call

The first step is an introductory 30-minute conversation with the organizational leader.

This gives us an opportunity to learn what your organization is navigating and whether Createve may be the right strategic partner for what comes next.

It's also an opportunity for both of us to determine whether there is a mutual fit.

Sometimes, one conversation provides enough clarity to determine if we are moving forward.

Other times, we may need to go deeper.

If We Need Further Discovery

If additional exploration would be valuable before determining whether to work together, the next step is a paid Strategic Discovery Session.

This is different from an introductory conversation.

A Strategic Discovery Session allows us to explore your organization's needs more deeply, ask more substantive questions, and begin providing strategic perspective.

The session is a standalone professional service.  It does not require a subsequent engagement with Createve.

In some circumstances, an additional Strategic Discovery Session may be appropriate before deciding how to proceed.

We Then Kick off a Three-Month Pilot

For new client relationships, Createve generally recommends beginning with a three-month pilot.

Why three months?

Because strategic partnerships take time to evaluate.

A pilot provides enough time to understand your organization and its priorities, work alongside leadership and relevant teams, and determine where Createve can provide the greatest value.

It also gives both Createve and the organization an opportunity to experience the working relationship before determining whether a longer-term partnership makes sense.

Createve Designs the Pilot

Once we've determined that a three-month pilot is the right fit, Createve develops a proposed engagement structure based on what we've learned about the organization.

Each pilot has a defined scope and structure, with milestones established for each month.

Rather than beginning with a predetermined set of deliverables, we identify the priorities, intended outcomes, success measures, and work appropriate to the individual engagement.

The proposed scope and value of the engagement are agreed upon before the pilot begins.

Once an agreement is in place, Createve can begin working with the broader organizational team as appropriate to the engagement.

What Happens After Three Months?

We evaluate.

What did we learn?

Where did Createve provide the greatest value?

What does the organization need next?

And does continuing to work together make sense?

The answer may be an ongoing strategic partnership, another defined engagement, or simply the conclusion of the work we set out to do.

There is no predetermined next step.

What If a Three-Month Pilot Isn't the Right Fit?

Some organizational needs won't fit neatly within this structure.

That's okay.

If circumstances call for a different approach, Createve can develop a custom proposal based on the organization's particular needs and objectives.
